older furniture rude staff
the location was acceptable with easy access to the beach
the room i booked wasn't the room i got the photos online showed something completely different the furniture looked older and worn. also the staff were rude i reminded me of i was bothering them with my questions

excellent location, spacious suite
convenient parking major advantage
The location is excellent. Proximity to the beach is a major advantage. the suite proved spacious, accommodating our family comfortably. parking was conveniently located, which simplified our travel.
The staff at the reception desk lacked warmth. Their demeanor looked impersonal. i believe this aspect could certainly enhance guest experience.

the suite included a functional kitchen, equipped with modern appliances. the bedrooms were generously sized, offering ample space for relaxation and privacy, and the balcony provided pleasant views.

the food was amazing!!! the tropical lounge provided a good experience, especially thanks to the five-star service. the coffee shops are not nearby, but there is a minimarket that serves cuban coffee and pastries.

the corner oceanview master suite offered ample space. it easily accommodated my family. i appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. the beach service included comfortable lounge chairs.
elevator wait times could be a little longer during peak hours.

direct beach full kitchen corner ocean view slow elevators old gym unhelpful personnel
the location provided direct beach access. my corner ocean view was nice and large. the room had a full kitchen, this was useful.
i found the elevators to be very slow. i noticed some personnel were not helpful at all and not amicable, it was sad.
